Pathways to Leadership is an independent plan management peer organisation that provides flexible and responsive mentoring, support and consultancy to;
- people living with disability
- families of people living with disability
in directing and managing (wholly or partially): lifestyle development, funding and other resources, in order for the person living with disability to have a rich and independent life in the community.
Pathways to Leadership works with an individual or a family within an agreed plan to utilise funding and other resources to best support and benefit the person living with disability.
Our main role is to assist people with disability and their families to lead good lives. For people who self manage, administration and finance should be as simple and straight forward as possible so that they can “get on with the business of living”.
All our members will currently have a plan or be working toward an NDIS plan and a budget which is matched to the plan.
